An order can be cancelled until the order has been collected by Royal Mail or the Courier company.
Refunds can be offered to a customer providing the packets or tubs have not been opened and it is within 30 days of receiving the item. This means that the seal must be in tact and the sachets must not have been opened. Refund will be made in the same way in which payment was taken. If you change your mind on your order. Returns are at you cost. The products will be refunded once we have received them back but not the postage charge. If we are charged for the return of a parcel for non delivery, then you will have to cover the postage cost.
If you ask for an order to be left by the post office and is needing a signature, we will put the note on the box asking for this. We can not ensure that the post office does this and if they do, we are not held responsible and if stolen we will not cover that loss.
