Shipping policy
It is our intention that orders placed before 11 am using Royal mail postage will be dispatched the same day (although occasionally this may not happen due to unforeseen circumstances, then your order will go out the next working day). Any orders placed for a courier service will be dispatched the next day. Any orders placed after these times will be dispatched the following day. Any orders placed on a Friday after these times - we will do our best to dispatch on the same day, if not they will be dispatched on the following Monday, or Tuesday following a Bank holiday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the next working day. Royal mail state that: First Class Royal Mail is delivery in 1-2 days. Second Class Royal Mail 2-4 Days. European Royal Mail postage is 5-7 days. Royal Mail do not make promises to adhere to this and say 15 days needs to be left before a claim can be made. During covid rises, these times can increase significantly.
Courier deliveries are expected to take up to 48 hours, but may arrive next day in many cases UK and Europe
If you are outside of the UK European and international Tracked and signed is by the international postage system, and Courier is by DHL/ DPD international. DHL generally is delivery within 2 days.
Please note all customers who are outside the UK are responsible for getting their items through customs. We are not able to do this for you. We fill in the customs forms we need to this end, but it is for you to make the relevant payments and for you to to fill in any paperwork you maybe asked for on your end. Customs can cause delivery delays. If you decide you do not want to cover the customs charges, you will be responsible for the cost of the return of the goods, which I will deduct from any money we owe you on the return of your order.
If you require you phone number to be placed on the outside of your order, please state this at checkout. If you forget please email us to tell us. Otherwise no phone number will be put on the outside of your package.
